A 10,000 Sq. foot build out of a restaurant in the heart of Manhattan for 4th Wall Restaurant group. Previously a 2nd FL Retail, the MEP demands of the restaurant involved not only the buildout, but upgrading the infrastructure in this 25 story Class A building. We worked with Avroko Design group on all aspects in this buildout with a construction timeline of 3 months
One Girl Cookies
A 5,000 Sq. foot build out of a restaurant in the heart of Brooklyn, in Industry City. This was a design build by our firm in which we performed in house MEP plans and brought in a consultant architect/designer.
